Suggestions for improving hospital care 

Depending on what we are and where we live, the answers may well vary, and they are all worth considering, but in my view, there are certain measures we can take to improve hospital care. Now let me explain some of them.     

First, we should actively introduce state-of-the-art medical technology into medical settings. For example, we can use advanced AI to analyze X-ray images more accurately and quickly than humans do. However, many Japanese hospitals still rely on human staff to deal with most of them. So, hospitals should introduce this technology to reduce overtime work for medical workers.     

Next, medical facilities should provide more medical services in foreign languages. For example, the largest foreign population in Japan is Chinese, yet few medical institutions provide medical services in foreign languages except English. The government should make efforts such as training medical interpreters.
